She Handles Economy (SHE) is an intensive learning initiative by Vision–Building Future focused on empowering young women across Pakistan through financial literacy and digital finance training. The program delivers a practical, skills-based curriculum that includes budgeting, personal finance, mobile wallet usage, understanding loans, and identifying financial fraud. SHE addresses the financial knowledge gap faced by women in underserved communities and promotes economic participation and resilience. By providing the tools needed to manage finances confidently and independently, the program fosters self-reliance, strengthens households, and contributes to broader gender-inclusive development. 

Program Objectives

1. Introduce Accessible Digital Finance Tools
Familiarize participants with safe and practical use of mobile wallets, digital transactions, and cashless platforms to increase digital financial inclusion.
2. Build Decision-Making Confidence in Financial Matters
Strengthen participants’ ability to make informed financial choices, assess risks, and manage personal or household budgets effectively.
3. Create Sustainable Pathways to Economic Empowerment
Encourage long-term economic growth by equipping women with the foundational tools and mindset to pursue entrepreneurship or independent financial stability.
